The 20th Be Well Bell is also the first bell to be located outside of the state of Missouri! Through a special partnership with Adult & Child Health in Indianapolis, this bell was painted by an A&C clinician and will reside in various A&C clinics around the city.

Baley Mascoe

I truly believe when someone is healing, they are able to do things at a slower pace. My bell has 12 different paintings on it of little animals and creatures that are participating in slow dopamine activities. When you participate in slow dopamine activities, it helps calm your Vagus nerve, which is in charge of your fight or flight response. I thought it was really important to show people how to participate in those activities.
