Mental Health Month & Launch
The Be Well Team honors Mental Health Month and set the foundation for the Be Well with CoxHealth partnership.
Burnout & Overwhelm
This Be Well Experience is focused upon understanding burnout and prioritizing and honoring our limits. When navigating burnout, especially in the workplace, it’s important to recognize what aspects of our roles are contributing to our stress levels as well as what small steps we can take to go from surviving our work days to thriving in them.
Burnout & Overwhelm Pt. 2
This Be Well Experience is an extension of the 6.16.22 experience, a continuation of burnout and overwhelm.
Wellness Requires Inclusion
True inclusion means all people, all voices, all beliefs, and all identities are seen, known, and valued for who they uniquely are. You are not merely one of millions. Instead, you are one in a million, uniquely and beautifully you, and deserve to be celebrated. Let's be in it for humanity - together!
Navigating Change & Transition
This Be Well Experience focuses on intentionally preparing for changes and transition in our lives.
Building Lives We Enjoy Living
Recognizing National Suicide Prevention Month, this Be Well Experience provides healing connection to build lives we enjoy living.
Honoring World Mental Health Day
In this Be Well Experience, we acknowledge what mental health means to us and how we can best care for our brain health before crises arise.
Grounding in Gratitude
A habitual practice of gratitude can help improve our overall brain and physical wellness. This Be Well Experience encourages us to practice gratitude and look for gratitude in the moments we experience throughout the day.
Financial Well-Being & Meaningful Gift Giving
Giving gifts can bring on many emotions during the holiday season and, sometimes, it can be hard to know where to start. This Be Well Experience encourages us to think outside of the "gift box" to be intentional with time, attention, and thoughtfulness while also feeling the healing benefits of gifting for both the giver and the receiver.
Loading 2023...Workplace Wellness
Focus on reflecting on patterns of our wellness journey in 2022 and our hopes and intentions for 2023.
Healthy Relationships & Intentional Acts of Kindness
We survive best in healing connection with others, and one way to feel connected is through kindness. When we intentionally engage in acts of kindness toward ourselves, others, our communities and the environment, it leads to positive responses all around. Let's tune in and become aware of what is going on around us and look for opportunities to offer kindness.
Be Well & Bloom
Spring is a time to reset, renew and plant intentions for what we want to see grow. This season of change can also bring uncertainty and worry. Join us for this Be Well Experience as we plan our "spring forward," navigate our hesitations, and work toward blossoming into the best versions of ourselves.
Prescription for the Great Outdoors
The power of nature and green spaces has long been utilized by humans to create feelings of awe, wonder and connection. This Be Well Experience brings recent brain science to life and by seeking out these moments and the benefits they have on our wellbeing.
