Honoring World Mental Health Day
October 10, 2023 is recognized as World Mental Health Day. This day of awareness reminds us and encourages us to keep our brain health top of mind. As defined by the World Health Organization, this year’s #WorldMentalHealthDay theme is centered around “our mind, our rights.” Together, we can acknowledge that brain health is a universal human right, not just on World Mental Health Day, but all year round. Check out the results from our October Be Well Experience below as we gathered to care for our brain health and drove action toward protecting brain health as a basic right for all.

When everything around us is in flux, curating time to connect through intentional self-care practices, alongside our people, can help us feel grounded. This Be Well Experience engages our families in ways to care for our bodies, minds and hearts in the midst of change.
