Together, we can take meaningful, daily action to prevent loss by suicide. Suicide prevention is not the responsibility of one individual, but it takes all of us, working together to create more connected and resilient communities. Use the calendar below to practice and record daily activities that create supportive environments to help mitigate factors leading to suicidal thoughts and behaviors.
